  • Wow.... did I hear in that statement that the provide discipline to students, some of whom have better "parents" at school than they do at home?! Just some food for thought. The absolute "public school officials are petty tyrants" is an exaggeration of the fact that SOME are petty tyrants.

  • It seems that some people take to backlashing against the school's policies. Remember, if each school didn't have a set of policies (granted some might be considered outrageous), then the students would not have an understanding of what is expected.
